While driving down I-40 passing the Ford Center, I soon remembered what we would soon be voting on. A penny sales tax increase to make our NEW Ford Center new again. Only to be reminded what I was driving on or maybe what I wasn't driving on... a crumbling beneath me cross town highway! Can we not fix that first???
Tooo bad we couldn't have fixed that first then the Ford Center.... sorrrrrryyyyy I'm so done with the "lets fix the Ford Center for a NBA team"!!!
Not that I wouldn't like a NBA team here, but then how would I afford to go see a game.....lol

OH Sister, I couldn't agree more! I have thought of that very thing and it makes me SICK to think that we want to make us, US WHO COULD CARE LESS ABOUT NBA AND CAN'T AFFORD TICKETS ANYWAY, use our tax money on this crap instead of getting glue, paper, pencils, toys in our schools. UGH, it just irritates me!I'm proud to say that I'll be making a HUGE mark on the "NO" square of my ballot!!
